This bar is also available to non-diners.  Your host Gary Ho is on hand to help you choose your selections for the meal which include both the classic dishes as well as a healthy selection of more authentic choices without having to resort to Chicken Feet or Tripes!  Why not try the Sam Pan Sole, a delightful creation which resembles the traditional Chinese boat with both Salt and Pepper Dover Sole and also stir-fried with Asparagus.
